In the last couple of years liquid diets have had a decrease in trend as new ones have continued to emerge.
Their mission is to help you have a fast bodyweight loss jump if you are trying to follow a long term diet or even help you for a special event. If you are coming from a holiday or you want to follow again where you left in the gym, then they will provide a fast way to get back on track.
These types of diets were usually for medical use and preparing before operation and their intent was not this.
So, if any health issue arises, then please consult with your doctor or a medical doctor before you proceed further more. This regime will have an amazing result combined with exercise, as it will help you in having a better resistance. Because the liquids are low in calories, your energy level might drop while following it and if you feel tired a lot when using it or faint, then please stop it immediately.
That being said, following it properly expect to lose up to 10 pounds in about 10 days. When ready want to start this type of regime plan, all you need is a blender and the foods, that’s it.
The plan is to eat six to eight times a day or every three hours or even two. We do this to help in the weight loss process and having smaller and more frequent meals. The key is to remove your feeling of hunger and prevent you from getting tired and eating everything that is on your way.
Light breakfast. Blend 2 cups of low fat milk, 2 scoops of whey protein, 1 teaspoon of flaxseed oil, 1 cup of oatmeal’s, 1 banana and some nuts and ice.
Fatfree yogurt together with fruit juice.
Soups (preferably the ones with solids and noodles in).
2 scoops of whey protein, plus a banana and low fat milk mixed with ice.
Light dinner. Mix and blend 2 raw eggs, 1 cup of sweet fruits (like peaches), 1 cup of carrots with chopped celery and 1 cup with tropical fruit or whatever you would like to add. The sweet fruits make the whole thing more delicious and remove any bad taste. Celery helps with detox and is wonderful for cutting down some pounds.
2 scoops of whey protein and low fat milk. If feeling hungry, blend some other fruits or prepare a simple soup or low fat yogurt. Making your own smoothies is more healthier than buying them and sometimes even cheaper.
Don’t forget to drink about 1.5 liters of water every day and also mix it up with green tea as it will help even further in your head start.
Please don’t use this plan for more than 10 days. I usually use it for a week. If it’s too much for you, then try to eat a small snack after dinner, not a big one though. This regime is amazing for delivering fast results especially in reducing unwanted pounds, but please be careful.
If you feel dizzy or faint, then stop it immediately and start eating normally.
