Usually the people who have a bad body construct or image are the ones who need help. They are all the time: “Help, I need to lose bodyweight”! Yes. But the fact is that most of the people who say so have lost too much, but they are still convinced that they are overweight.
That is bad!
This is more linked with some type of anorexia, so if you are one of them, you need to seek a medical advice as soon as possible to be in the safe side. If you look at the mirror and just judge yourself because you’re fat, but in fact you have a great shape and even your friends love them, then this means that you really are in trouble.
Try to look at the good points and not the bad ones.
STOP complaining about your belly, but be thankful that you are different and have a perfect shape. Try to compliment yourself how beautiful you look; how gorgeous your hair are and your eyes and stuff like that. I am not saying you to keep lying to yourself, but try to appreciate the good parts of your body.
It is very hard to look like a model all the time and impossible too. Remember that they are paid to look like that, to not enjoying the pleasures of eating and don’t forget that cameras play an important role in their final picture.
Care for yourself.
A wonderful way to look beautiful is to actually care about yourself. Use masks, remedies, eat healthy and do whatever to make that skin and face look prettier, not skinnier. Instead of stressing yourself with what needs to be changed in your body and saying I need to get rid of this bodyweight, think of ways to make yourself feel special.
Start enjoying the little pleasures in life, like a massage, or a swim, or a walk in the forest. Believe me they will take your mind away from the weight and remove all that stress that is collapsing you.
Keep yourself busy and away from the mirrors.
Change your flaws and your mind direction. Think of your work, your boyfriend, your pet. Take a walk with your pet. Go out with your boyfriend and don’t stick yourself in front of the mirror. So you lost a lot of pounds, but you still have some belly! Don’t worry, just include some cardio everyday and a little more intense workout and you will crush that belly fat in no time.
The most important thing is to keep your mind away from the scale and all that negativity of what to do to remove it and start pointing it to another direction.
Think positively! Even the skinniest people think they are fat, so you have to control yourself and also help yourself to not fall into that category, and you should seek immediate medical help.
You are in control of everything and you have the power to change everything around you if you are willing to.
That’s the beginning of a working diet.
